Carsultant  Terms and Conditions

1. Consultation Services:

• Carsultant provides car-related consulting services, including personalized recommendations, inspections, and expert advice.

2. Membership Plans:

• Membership plans offer specified benefits, such as unlimited access to consultations. Duration and fees are outlined in each plan.

3. Consultation Access:

• Consultations are available via phone or WhatsApp between 10 AM and 10 PM. Response times may vary.

4. Payment Terms:

• Payment is due in full before services are rendered. Membership fees are billed according to the chosen plan.

5. Refund Policy:

• Refunds are not provided after the initiation of the service. Once the first part of the service has been delivered, payments are considered non-refundable. We are committed to delivering value and satisfaction; therefore, we encourage clients to communicate any concerns promptly to address and resolve issues effectively. Membership fees are non-refundable.

6. Confidentiality:

• Carsultant will maintain the confidentiality of client information. However, information may be disclosed if required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• Carsultant is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law:

• These terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with local laws.

9. Termination:

• Either party may terminate the consulting relationship with written notice. Membership plans can be terminated anytime after the first consultation.
